In order to achieve these purposes, it is necessary to process personal data, which Avasolis EOOD, as the controller, collects, stores, processes and shares according to the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) and related laws and regulations in the Republic of Bulgaria. "Avasolis Ltd. is a personal data controller in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations and undertakes to ensure the security of the personal data processed by it of natural persons with whom it is in a contractual relationship, as well as natural persons representing legal entities or natural persons trading within the meaning of the Commercial Act.

'personal data' means any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person

"Avasolis EOOD collects information related to brokering the purchase, sale, lease or rental of property; employment, civil and contractual relationships to which Avasolis EOOD is a party; website, social media accounts and applications through which Avasolis EOOD provides services.
PURPOSES AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
"Avasolis EOOD collects personal data for the performance of purposes assigned on the basis of a contract; maintaining ongoing contact and receiving feedback from the Company's customers.
THE TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED ARE:
- Contact details: the information customers provide to register for a Company service, create an account, subscribe to a newsletter or make an enquiry. Contact details may include - name, email address, phone number, permanent address, country;

The Company does not store in any way: financial information; information concerning sensitive personal data related to origin; political, religious and other beliefs; health status; judicial background; participation in trade unions and political organizations.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out by:
- completing forms, requests, orders, contracts, etc. in electronic or paper format in connection with the performance of the Company's intermediary services
- processing information about IP addresses and cookies;
- updating data at the request of the data subject or at the request of Avasolis Ltd. in compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation or contractual obligations and completing an update form on paper or in electronic format;
- updating profile data on the Avasolis Ltd website.
"Avasolis" Ltd. provides processed personal data to state authorities and institutions at their request, when this is in fulfillment of legal obligations.
"Avasolis EOOD may disclose processed personal data in the performance of contractual relations to operators providing universal postal service or part thereof under the Postal Services Act, companies that have developed and maintain the website of Avasolis EOOD, as well as provide hosting services for it.
"Avasolis" Ltd. does not provide processed personal data of individuals to third parties without their explicit consent of the former, except in cases where contractual obligations under legal relationships between "Avasolis" Ltd. and individuals are fulfilled.
"Avasolis" Ltd. stores processed personal data within the statutory or contractually specified periods.
"Avasolis Ltd. does not collect or process personal data that reveals political, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership; or genetic and biometric data, health data or data about a person's sex life or sexual orientation.
RIGHTS OF NATURAL PERSONS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Right of access, including to an extract of the personal data processed. The extract shall be provided after identification of the natural person to whom it relates. This information shall be provided free of charge.
Individuals have the right to request the rectification of these data if they contain incorrect or incomplete information.
Individuals have the right to request that the personal data provided be erased if this does not comply with the applicable Community law or is done on a no longer valid basis (right to be forgotten). The individual has the right at any time to request that the processing of the personal data provided be stopped and that it be destroyed. "Avasolis Ltd. has the right to continue processing personal data if there is a legal or valid contractual basis.

"Avasolis Ltd. shall provide the requested information within a reasonable time depending on the content of the request, but not longer than 14 days. The information shall be sent by the method specified in the request, by postal operator or by email.
Individuals whose data have been processed have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, where Avasolis Ltd has its registered office, the supervisory authority is the Commission for Personal Data Protection. Individuals also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent court.
