My paths crossed with Zheni years ago, when we both worked in the advertising world – a world of ideas, dynamics, and a constant search for meaning. Even then, Zheni impressed me with her exceptional sense of people, her ability to listen beyond the words, and to turn every meeting into an art of communication.

Over the years, Zheni has built an impressive career — she has worked in international companies, built and managed brands, conducted precise negotiations, and created campaigns that leave a mark. Along the way, she has accumulated not only strategic skills, but also that human gentleness and strength that are not learned — they are experienced.

Her love for real estate was born gradually, as a natural continuation of her professional maturity. Her personal experience as a buyer and seller, property management, and commitment to every step of the process – all this gives her a depth rarely found.

Zheni speaks English fluently and German at a working level, but the most important "language" she speaks is the language of trust. For her, the client is not just a client - they are a like-minded person, a partner, a person with a dream that deserves attention and respect.

She closely monitors the market — trends, prices, legal changes, buyer dynamics. She believes that in order to create value, you need to know the details and anticipate directions.

Outside of work, Zheni loves to feel the road beneath her wheels, to discover new routes outside the city, to breathe freely. Live concerts, good movies, and board games are her way of returning to herself and to her loved ones.
