It is with pleasure that we introduce Panagiotis Chatzis – or simply Panos. He joins the AvaSOLIS Real Estate team as a Real Estate Consultant with a focus on international markets. Panos possesses a rare combination of disciplined ambition, analytical precision, and deep human warmth.

His professional path includes responsible positions in business consulting and project management at leading companies such as Ernst & Young and Noch Consulting. It was there that Panos developed a strategic vision and honed his ability to make measured decisions even in the most complex situations – with confidence, calmness, and clarity.

In addition to speaking Greek and English, he is currently studying Russian, demonstrating adaptability and a sincere desire to communicate beyond cultural boundaries. His true "smoothness" in communication, however, lies in his ability to read people – to sense their unspoken needs and offer guidance with confidence and dedication.

As a long-time athlete, Panos has over 17 years on the tennis court, where he learned that progress requires discipline, patience, and a willingness to challenge himself daily. His new passion – padel tennis – shows an restless spirit that is always seeking new challenges and self-improvement.

Off the court, Panos enjoys Italian cuisine and a glass of good wine – small but essential rituals that remind him to appreciate the present moment, even when he is already planning the next step.
