Laura started as a Property Manager, where she managed the entire process of property maintenance and development — selection of tenants, control of technical and financial issues, daily communication with owners, and building long-term partnerships. Gradually, she took over the leadership of an entire department, trained teams, and created new business opportunities with consistency and stability.

As a Business Development Manager, she develops strategic new markets, expands portfolios, and builds networks of trust. She hones her ability to think long-term, anticipate market movements, and combine attention to detail with a clear vision for the future.

The most significant part of her career is related to off-plan sales – a process that requires the ability to breathe life into an idea and turn it into a reality for the client. Laura works with leading entrepreneurs and construction companies, participating in the creation of marketing strategies, pricing, and overall project positioning. She sells luxury and high-end properties, first homes, off-plan projects, commercial and residential spaces. Her in-depth knowledge of legislation and regulations guarantees security and peace of mind for every client.
