I am Ava, and many of you – the people with whom we share our interest and excitement for extraordinary properties – already know me.

Everything I have ever done professionally with passion and love has naturally led me here – to the founding of AvaSOLIS – the company that will reform the real estate market in Bulgaria with competence and attitude.

I "accidentally" fell into the real estate industry, but I believe that things always happen for a reason, and it was no accident that I felt completely in my element here.

I fell in love with real estate to such an extent that after years of work and dozens of impressive deals, partnerships, and incredibly exciting encounters with extraordinary properties, I want to make things better here in Bulgaria! To modernize the market, to meet the needs of investors, buyers, and sellers.

There is a huge need for a service that covers the needs of the "players" in the real estate market from all sides.

And I created it!

AvaSOLIS is that piece of the real estate puzzle we've been looking for together for a long time.

In short about me – I speak English and Russian perfectly and have extensive experience in high-level and responsible positions in marketing and advertising – both from the media side and from the side of large corporate advertisers. But real estate is what makes me truly happy!

My talent for smooth communication, my ability to follow goals and protect my clients' interests, adherence to and setting of high professional ethics, perfectionism, and my pursuit of personal professional satisfaction are skills, qualities, and personal beliefs that I am proud of and which have unfolded their full potential here.

My experience in the industry has proven to me that I have accurate and clear business judgment for the real estate market, and my social and emotional intelligence helps me to clearly and specifically understand the expectations of each client. And of course – to find the solutions they are looking for together.

I love my job! It expresses me. That's why I don't just do it with enthusiasm – my deals are distinguished by my personal signature – professional attitude and human commitment.
