The property is built using all ancient and modern stone masonry techniques, including the necessary reinforced concrete structure, in which a metal beam system is installed for the space between the floors, which accommodates the installation of its entire infrastructure. Antique tiles were used. The estate is built from nearly 1600 cubic meters of hewn stone and 60 cm walls (without gluing or imitations, but with real wall construction).
