The highest price with an at-will notice contract is 350 Euro/desk/month excluding VAT.

The rental price includes fully equipped workstations, all consumables, use of conference rooms, phone booths, and kitchens on all 3 WorkHub floors, internet, cleaning, free drinks (coffee, tea, and water), as well as the use of 300 sq.m. cafe, alternative meeting space, and relaxation area with an outdoor part on the ground floor.
