(ZMFY)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u0131nt\u0131lanan yasalara g\u00f6re, imzalanmadan \u00f6nce <strong>Gayrimenkul al\u0131m sat\u0131m\u0131nda arac\u0131l\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, Teminat depozitosu anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> ve di\u011fer belgeler, yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>gayrimenkul kiralamaya ili\u015fkin i\u015flemler<\/strong>, ayl\u0131k kiran\u0131n e\u015fit veya daha fazla oldu\u011fu <strong>10.000 avro<\/strong> veya bunlar\u0131n farkl\u0131 para birimlerindeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, <strong>m\u00fc\u015fterileri belirlemeyi i\u00e7eren kapsaml\u0131 bir kontrol yapmak zorunday\u0131z<\/strong>Bu ama\u00e7la a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki belgeleri talep edece\u011fiz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gerekli uyruklular\u0131n Bulgaristan'da ikametini kan\u0131tlayan belge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T\u00fczel ki\u015filer i\u00e7in<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kimlik belgesinin kopyas\u0131<\/strong> yasal temsilci(ler)e ve ger\u00e7ek sahip(ler)e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vekaletnamenin kopyas\u0131<\/strong>, e\u011fer yasal temsilcinizden farkl\u0131 biri sizi temsil ediyorsa, ve vekilin kimlik belgesinin bir kopyas\u0131.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KYD Kanunu Madde 42, paragraf 2, bent 2 uyar\u0131nca beyan<\/strong> \u2013 m\u00fc\u015fterinin kategorilere girip girmedi\u011fini do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nde gelen bir siyasi \u015fahsiyet i\u00e7in <strong>Madde 36, f\u0131kra 2<\/strong> ve <strong>Madde 36, f\u0131kra 5<\/strong> ZMP'ye.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KYT'nin 59. madde, paragraf 1, f\u0131kra 3'\u00fcne g\u00f6re beyan<\/strong> \u2013 t\u00fczel ki\u015finin sermayesinin ger\u00e7ek sahibi (beyan edilmemi\u015fse) <strong>Madde 63, f\u0131kra 4<\/strong> Ticaret Sicili'nde veya ger\u00e7ek sahipleri ortak olarak kay\u0131tl\u0131 de\u011fil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KYT'nin 66. madde, f\u0131kra 2'sine g\u00f6re beyan<\/strong> \u2013 gayrimenkul sat\u0131n al\u0131rken veya ayl\u0131k kira bedeli de\u011ferinde bir gayrimenkul kiralarken fonlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda <strong>10.000 avro veya daha fazla<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bilgi Formu<\/strong> \u2013 m\u00fc\u015fteriler taraf\u0131ndan doldurulur (ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Belgelerin saklanmas\u0131 ve i\u015flenmesi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Taraf\u0131n\u0131zdan sa\u011flanan belgeler ve bunlar\u0131n kopyalar\u0131 usul\u00fcne uygun olarak saklanacak ve kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r <strong>sadece<\/strong> yetkili devlet organlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan denetimler s\u0131ras\u0131nda, dahil olmak \u00fczere <strong>Devlet Ulusal G\u00fcvenlik Ajans\u0131 Mali \u0130stihbarat M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ki\u015fisel verilerin \u00f6nleme ama\u00e7l\u0131 i\u015flenmesi <strong>paran\u0131n aklanmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>ter\u00f6rizmin finansman\u0131<\/strong> bir soru olarak kabul edilir <strong>kamu yarar\u0131<\/strong> uygun olarak <strong>Y\u00f6netmelik (AB) 2016\/679<\/strong> ve <strong>k\u0131s\u0131tlanamaz<\/strong> gerekliliklerinden <strong>md. 12 \u2013 22<\/strong> ve <strong>Madde 34<\/strong> ayn\u0131 y\u00f6netmelikten (md. 83, f. 2 ZM\u0130P).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Politikas\u0131<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Size kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in, <strong>b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 'Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Politikas\u0131'<\/strong> A\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakiler hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 bilgi bulacaks\u0131n\u0131z:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130\u015fledi\u011fimiz ki\u015fisel veri kategorileri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesi i\u00e7in yasal dayanak;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al\u0131c\u0131 kategorileri;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Her bir i\u015fleme amac\u0131 i\u00e7in saklama s\u00fcreleri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fc\u015fterilerin yasal kimlik tespiti<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyar\u0131nca <strong>Md. 4'\u00fc Kara Paran\u0131n Aklanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00d6nlenmesi Kanunu'ndan<\/strong>, t\u00fcm y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc ki\u015filer (finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131, emlak ajanslar\u0131, noterler ve di\u011ferleri) <strong>m\u00fc\u015fterilerini tan\u0131mlamak zorundad\u0131rlar<\/strong> resmi bir kimlik belgesi ibraz ederek ve bir kopyas\u0131n\u0131 alarak (<strong>Md. 53, f. 1, MASAK<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filer i\u00e7in<\/strong>tan\u0131mlama i\u00e7erir <strong>M\u00fc\u015fteriler<\/strong>, <strong>yasal temsilciler<\/strong> ve
